Women in Technology

I am delighted to be working with the team at Reed Technology as a member of their Women in Technology Mentoring Programme. I’ve mentored several women in content, digital and technology both in the US and the UK and really enjoy talking to them about their personal and professional goals.

The programme forms part of the Leadership Practice’s portfolio of diversity and inclusion focused initiatives. It’s designed to connect women at all stages of their careers with an external mentor who can offer them tailored guidance and support and help them to realise their potential.

It’s a great way for me to start 2021 and I’m really looking forward to meeting some new mentees, learning more about their aspirations and discussing how they can progress in their careers.

The programme is open to people from all sectors who hold roles in IT, data, digital, security, transformation and product. They are matched to mentors using a number of factors including background, key strengths, skills sought and desired outcomes, identified during the enrolment process.
